Is there such a thing or do they remain Rank C even though they lvl up? And anyone know what's the key to enlarge dungeon map or see the full size of the dungeon? thx

fairies you get remain their rank for as long as you have them.

shukesoos tower requires that you have active fairies world shaping. you will notice it get taller the more fairies on the map.

oh so they rank up if i put them on the world map?

No, they will always be C or B etc... you level them up to 10 to max them. Eventually you won't want to use C rank fairies because their stats are too low.

You'll move on to B and A rank.

No, fairies do remain at the level you get them at, so a level C fairy stays level C.

You will get exactly as many fairies as you need to unlock all the furies, higher level fairies become available as you progress the story.

If by "enlarge the dungeon map" you mean more stories in shukesoo's tower: stab furies into the world map (doesn't matter where) and the tower rises by 10 meters (i.e. one story) per fury. So 10 furies on the world map would mean you could go up to level 10 in the tower.

The only thing you can increase is their level. The rank does not change. Higher levels mean more range when world shaping. More world shaping means a higher tower. To be clear, you don't have to world shape directly on the tower for it to grow. You just need to put multiple swords down.

They don't even have to be influencing a dungeon. Just stick a fury into the ground randomly and the Tower will grow.

Just so we're perfectly clear, there's a difference between ranks and levels. Ranks (C, B, A, S) do NOT change. Levels (1-10) can increase with exp.

Pressing Start on a controller brings up the map of the dungeon floor you're on, if that's what your second question was.

Can't you look up in the options? I know it shows which buttons do what for the controllers, doesn't it do the same for the keyboard?

It looks like for keyboard, the spacebar is mapped to Start by default, so that should be the key to bring up the dungeon map.
