How to save game

Hey guys, quick question and I hope you can help...


How the hell do I save my game in Fairy Fencer F? :p I mean, ESC isn't working for some reason...

I don't know what the associated keyboard shortcuts are unfortunately, but if you open the menu with Y on a controller, the menu where you access character information, your inventory, etc. save is under the option all the way on the right, I think it's called System.

You can save anywhere you want if you're not in a dungeon, but in a dungeon you need to find a save point, then you can save by just pressing whatever the equivalent to the A button is.

EDIT: It should be F to open the menu by default, and you are indeed looking for the System option.

A little correction:
You can't save anywhere even if you are not in a dungeon. You can't save during the VN-like cutscenes either.

hi guys im having issues saving my gane i know how to do it byt the game wont physically save to any slot, anyone else had this?

To be clear, you go into the save menu, you hit confirm on a save slot, but it doesn't show up when you try to save again or load the save?

I'd assume there's some kind of security issue with the game's save folder. Saves should be located in your documents > My Games > Idea Factory International, Inc > Fairy Fencer F
