Does anybody know where I can get these post time skip? I accidentally took the quest "Research Materials" again, and I don't want it stuck in my log forever. I'm keeping hopeful because Red SPA drop scratched armor.

I want to say that this might be an early game drop/steal item of sorts., but other then that not really anyone here has found it yet apparently.

Rusted gear are dropped by SPAs and possibly other mobs before you go into the past. I've completed the quest once already. Unfortunately I've scoured the dungeons for the drop after the time jump, and still havent found anything that drops it. I'll just have to wait until new game plus I suppose.

You're thinking of Rusty Armor, which is a completely different item from Rusted Gear.
