But they didn't change any event revolving around sherman. Tiara and all the other characters were nearly doing the exact same thing they usually do. Sherman, for whatever reason, instead of rescuing the helpless man an his daughter killed them, with no influence on Fang's part at all.
I'm not 100% sure about this but I assume Sherman had his mind broken when he had found out that Tiara had cursed blood in her and had killed her. This event could've stuck with Sherman during the time reversal and influenced him to act like this.
As I recall he said he knew she carried the vile one's blood in her for a while, so it wasn't really a big revelation that shocked him before he kills her in the ending. Actually, I think it was one of the reasons he joined their group.
As for the influence/experience, I don't see anything that could corrupt him in such a swift and total manner. None of the other party members or villains seem anywhere near as different. Only he shifts to a polar opposite,
Sherman couldn't get over Tiara's death as despite she having the Vile God's blood, there was a part of him that still was strongly in love with her. He snaps after the insane amount of guilt of killing her, and his love for her became corrupted as he filled himself with so much hatred of the Vile God, he becomes the cold hearted ruthless man you see him in the Goddess Route.
Its noted that Tiara's fate will always have the bigger effect on Sherman than Fang.
SPOILERS: Added its the SAME Sherman from the first timeline now in ADF's version of the Goddess Route, he traveled back in time with Fang and Eryn but ended up elsewhere.
