Question wrt Online Records

Hi, started playing this yesterday and have been really enjoying it. I've been using the online records as a guide as to when to move on from a level, eking out the extra point or two needed to match them and that seems like a fun way to play it... until I hit level 41 with its record of 47 (forty-seven!). I can't see how 6 can be beat, so that's a lot of eking needed. I have to ask, are the records compromised or am I missing something? If it's the latter, no spoilers please, I just need to know whether to change my game plan to only scoring what I can before hitting the next level buttons. Thanks!

This one is obviously wrong, since if you finished in 0 turns using 0 tools your score would be less than 47. I only have 6 myself. I hope the developer has a look.

I've finished all the puzzles, so I know they're possible, and when I last checked (quite a while ago, and this weird level 41 online rating is new to me) I had the ORs on all but a dozen or so. I've tried hard on the remainder and eventually had to move on, but what you do is up to you. The ORs I hadn't got were at least plausible, unlike this one for level 41.

Levels 59, 60 and 61 are the first ones after this I don't have the OR and they are pretty tough.

Well, phew!

Your explanation of the scoring, that it's as straightforward as it appears, is good to know as I was wondering about multipliers I could somehow hit. But that level was very linear with little option to do much at all. Glad I asked before bedtime :)

Yeah, I don't expect to hit all the ORs, just figured having a good go should help with the later levels. I won't beat myself up, then. Thanks for the advice and answer!
