Vivian Clark questions

Hi, I played this game, especially Vivian Clark.
It was very fun! and I completed 99% achievements. At first, I want to tell developers to thanks for making this great game.
So, here goes the main part.

1. I will talk about "3 Ultra coins". I tried most (maybe all) of the targets, but I couldn't find just Duck (U R A Duck) coin. Is there anyone who knows where the coin is? Please show me.

2. I can't get the last achievement "become a yellow fish and save your pink octopus jellyfish friend thing from a cage with dynamite" and I saw there was the same question　https://steamcommunity.com/app/347720/discussions/0/1290691937709195257/
I found the dynamite at the left bottom with a new file, but I couldn't with my 99% file. So I thought the dynamite would be disappeared forever if we got it once before? maybe this is a bug so I wanted to report.

Also, I did Ultra 3 coins speedrun. It was very exciting!

I saw your 3 Ultra coins speedrun that was amazing! For the U R A Duck coin it appears randomly in one of 5 places so unfortunately that one is a tricky one. Also I'm super sorry that dynamite bug is something that other people have hit before and we haven't been able to figure out what is causing it yet :( I'm super sorry about that hopefully we'll have a bug fix on that soon!

I am still confused because I can't find coins in the duck stage...
It is confirmation but we can't break away from the green planet, right?

As for dynamite, I understand it. If I will speedrun for all achievements, maybe I will do the dynamite task at first lol
and thank you for watching my 3 coins run. it didn't depend on my skill, but just on luck lol
It took about 3 hours grinding to get that run...
