Copy Protection TSR patch freezes the game (FIX)

This game uses a TSR patch to remove the copy protection...
BUT if you use the TSR patch (memory resident) you can't play the game
properly, because if you press the wrong key ingame the game freezes!

This is the solution......

Open "\common\Hyperspeed\MPS\HYPERSPD\HYPERSPD.BAT"

and remove one line with the "REM" command to disable the patch.
Then use the manual to type in the correct word the copy protection wants.

While you're there, you probably want to do the other command line options. I use...


hyper.exe /M /GM /AA

Often more than not (unless this is still an issue) I found that my game froze when I wanted to open the map - because I entered the wrong code lol. I've otherwise had no issues.
