Thank you all for enjoying our surprise release and celebrating our 10th Anniversary with us! There have been a couple of technical issues we would like to address in this post so that you can have the best possible experience.

The Mr. Rabbit Magic Show Frequently Asked Questions / Issues

I am stuck at a puzzle, where can I find help?
If you're stuck on a puzzle you can find the walkthrough http://link or linked in game (Settings > ? > Walkthrough). Or ask for help in our Discord[discord.com] server.

White Screen on Windows?

We have two possible solutions:

1) If you have Bitdefender/Windows Security, then you will need to open it up. Once you open up Bitdefender/Windows Security you should see a notifications tab on the bottom left. Next, you will want to view the notifications and you should see a message saying that an application access was blocked. Click on view application and then it will take you to a list of applications that may have been blocked. Look for The Mr. Rabbit Magic Show and then click on the gray oval to the right. It should change to a blue oval with a check mark next to it. That means you should now have access. Restart the game and you should have access.

2) Some times the game/app also needs access to controlled folders.
A few example steps for Windows Security
- Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection.
- Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings.
- Under Controlled folder access, select Manage Controlled folder access.
- Switch the Controlled folder access setting to On or Off.

White screen on macOS?

When you can first play the game without issues but after closing the game and starting again it gives a blank or white screen. This is a permissions issue, please do the following:
Go to System & Settings > Privacy & Security > Files and Folders > The Mr. Rabbit Magic Show and make sure it has access to documents, so it should be checked.

I am experiencing a crash, what can I do?

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing crashes. To investigate this issue could you send us your save file (documents > Rusty Lake > The Mr. Rabbit Magic Show) and if possible a screen recording showing the issue. You can send it to support [at] rustylake [dot] com

What is the Supporter Pack - DLC about?

If you enjoyed our anniversary free-to-play title, Mr. Rabbit Magic Show, and want to give the Rusty Lake team a gift for our 10th birthday, this pack is for you! This special DLC is our way of thanking you for your continued love and enthusiasm for Rusty Lake. Please keep in mind: This pack will only be available at the end of the game and it doesn’t contain any extra puzzle content or secrets/achievements.

I see many Rusty Lake games, what is the recommended order to play?

If you're interested in delving deeper into the mysteries of the Lake, you can find the suggested order to play the whole series here! Although the stories are intertwined and all our games take place in the same universe, you will be able to complete all the puzzles even if you play them in a different order.
