Steam Workshop Suddenly Not Working after Windows Update

So at first i was able to play modded content using the workshop but now the workshop stuff dozen't even work at all. It wont even download. When i check the load order it says 0 bytes downloaded can anyone help with this if not that does anyone know where i can get files for custom campaigns that aren't on nexus? Because for some strange reason like 4 or 5 Campaigns are completely missing from it. Thanks in advance. And workshop works for my other games just not this one. but any and all solutions would be helpful.
