Anyway to mitigate stuttering?
Happens every once in a while, nothing major but would still like to know if there's any way to mitigate/fix it. Anyone have any tips, PC exceeds recommended by tons. I guess one would be to turn off the overlay? Anyways if anyone have any tips I'd appreciate it.

Edit: looked at some solution for the older games and found one that was basically a launch command "-force-gfx-st". Would that still work for SRHK?

There is always the classic, lower quality, lower the resolution...

Yeah, I've tried lowering the quality but it doesn't seem to help.

Thing that make my computer stutter the most are resolution, shadow and weather effect. But i have a 10 yo pc, ut's just something to expect. But yeah, not sure of customisation in this game but try to lower the resolution in a same ratio as your current resolution. If you go 1 step lower it's should still be kinda similar and run much smoother. :/

More than likely the "stuttering" is actors loading in the background. If that's the case... No.

Yeah, that makes sense, or when a actor dies and spawns like a cloud of something.

Actors dying isn't generally too resource heavy... And the vfx are usually spawned on the map.at start up.

For whatever reason, spawning actors... and then dressing them is the usual culprit.

Huh, must be the engine or something then.

Sounds probable.
