Whistleblower mission - team follows with delay, some walk, some run.
Is that a bug? Iso follows my steps but is taking her time, Duncan waits a bit then runs, Gobbet waits a bit then walks.

Makes getting even throught the top deck silently near impossible :steamsad:

EDIT: Thanks for all the answers. I guess my question is: is that weird behaviour a bug or design to force You to "sneak by fighting"? Normally they follow Your footsteps rather quickly.

Every time you enter an area, click the gun holster at the upper right. Position your team and pick off your enemies. Then proceed as normal.

As long as you can finish the mission, be happy and don't complain

I found it easier to just move up to the radios, where the enemies would notice me, and then pick off the closest ones first.

Wow, thanks. That fully answers my question.

i don't know why devs insist on making characters suggest you can stealth in these games. gameplay is simply not suited for stealth. with drones you are moving around with 7 people, with control on only one of them and that control being only one mouse click.

sad really

by stealth if they mean what RvnBlk is doing and killing them then... dunno

You *can* sneak by the guards on that mission pretty easily. Just do it in combat (turn-based) mode instead of in real time. That way you can move each crew member individually with no one lagging behind.

I second this.

I get stuck at the (I assume) beginning of the final showdown. After I speak to Tigrath for a bit Hwang steps in with a snarky comment and then the game freezes. I have encountered this problem after replaying the scenario in several different ways.

Just did this, and it turns out sneaking actually gets a lot easier if you do it later in the game.

After you get your third AP, you can move a lot further per turn, which allows you to breeze past the entire deck crew with ease.

Is that the boat mission? I snuck through very easily without using turn based or getting caught o_O

Just watch their patter after you get the camera feeds. Usually there is only 1 or 2 moving people IIRC, the rest just scarecrows. I can't recall if they even notice the rest of your team at all - I was thinking maybe only you?

Just quicksave between each section - I think there is only 3 or 4? You can get somewhat close to people, but each section sort of has a pathway where you will avoid all the still people and you just have to wait for the patrolmen to be walking away.

Interesting. I wonder what triggered it? Spoilers here about the mission ...

I only went through it once so far. I had got the message on the boat about the hacked comlink and told the guy forget it - that I did the job I was paid for basically. Then when I went to the next area, I hacked the spotlight cam and saw the elf meeting with his group. I also paid everyone in the area for info, not that it was useful, but just in case it matters.

After that I headed in. Basically called the elf out for lying, the other guy shows up, and I told them to screw em both and wiped out both groups. If it matters at all, I also went through the ship without being noticed at all.

Anyways sucks to hear you got stuck. Seems to be a handful of them out there causing some grief! Good luck.
