I am missing the AOE healing totems. but can understand them removing it cause only taking 6 karma points to get a totem.
I have taken Cobra but for defensive play I would definetly take Fish.
Armour definetly has a cap at 10 cause it is different system. improved from dragon fall.
I definetly am more inclined towards Cobra and Fish. for the passive bonus.
I could see Boar and Leopard both being good, depending on one's build. Maybe Leopard's slightly more "generalist" friendly, not sure. 15hp is surely nice, but in many cases not necessary, I'd argue. Leopard is more useful early-game, when you have less ways of boosting movement and armor.
Fish... eh, I can't imagine taking that over something else.
I thought that was still there? I could swear I saw it, as I was tempted to take it. May have misread, though.
