When can you buy new spells?

i've only played a couple of hours and only seen one vendor selling totems and one selling 2 spells. Kind of boring as a mage with just the 2 starting spells , when do you get to buy others?

All over the world. There is a spellselling female down the harbour, right next to the ship. The building is all pink and shining.

At the very start you don't get access to many spells. After your first official run or two you will open up access to quite a few.

You have to complete the mission to deliver a message to someone in the Walled City. The next morning, once you've accepted long-term employment, the various shops around the Parlor will open to you.

After 2 missions you get level tier 3 spells i think i unlocked that after party mission which was my 2nd?
