....I dont know...how to use them in game. Make them show up. I know how to edit..just not where to stick the edited photo.

Didn't you use custom photos for the last two games? There is a guide in the dragonfall forums.

While our main campaign does not allow for custom portraits to be imported and used, you can create and use custom portraits for your UGC!
