I was human, which may account for the extra point. No idea how you got 218.
Can you list the most hidden bonus objectives karma points that you remember?
Are there any in DeckCon 2056?
The reason I know you can exceed 218 is because I missed reliable Matthew's karma reward this time around- wanted to see what happened if I denied him his 'medicine', and was locked out of further conversation with him beyond buying drones.
I also suspect there's an extra point I missed in Prosperity tower. I Kept the laser prototype from the Ares run, so the other team didn't help me infiltrate Prosperity at the end of the game. This forced me into the loading bay entrance route, so I couldn't pose as a maintenance worker when speaking to the manager in B3 (you have to talk to her to make your delivery if you go in this way. This is important, because if you do pose as a new worker, she gives you a task to reboot some systems or other on that floor, which IIRC, rewards you with a karma point. (you can still get the point for changing into the maintenance uniforms though!)
I also wondered if doing Bao's mission to deal with Law was meant to reward you with karma, but it didn't give me any... or any Nuyen, so the whole mission felt rather pointless in this regard. Bug maybe?
As for the rest of the missable karma rewards, I'm blanking on where exactly I picked them up. I will say that I tend to play as nonviolently as possible while fulfilling as many optional objectives as I can. I imagine a lot of the karma comes from that. Going to start my third run soon, using the new beta build. Will see if I can beat 218!
There's also a second possible bug when breaking into Bao's lair with a decker - you do not get any karma for unlocking the door even thou persuading the guards or unlocking the ghost door both give karma. Reported it as a bug, we will see if they fix it.
