Where to buy Shock Glove

Heya. Wanted to buy a Shock Glove for the achievement (don't wanna give a Shock Hand to my character 'cause it's STR based and my char is long-range), but I'm not finding it anywhere on sale. I read it was sold on the Whampoa mission, but I didn't get it then. Anywhere else to get it?

Only in Outsider aka Whampoa Seriel Killer mission. Gotta rewind them saves or start a new game. Alternatively you can get the Shock Fist cyberweapon and use it for the achievement as well.

Feared that. I guess I'll wait until my next playthrough to get the achievement (I already have the Whip as a Cyberweapon). Thank you anyway!
