Drones questions
For my drone Rigger do I want a gun? If so what should I take?
I bought a robodoc drone. Which stratos drone do I want? The standerd, the close range, or the sniper drone? Is there any good drones that I can loot or steal?

It really comes down to how you want to play. On my first runthrough, I equipped my rigger with hand razors and two close range/fully automatic drones and brought the fight to my enemies. The second time around, I gave my rigger a sniper rifle, one sniper drone and one fully auto (Along with the grenade-return and auto loader cyber arms) to draw grenade fire away from my team and support from a distance. It really depends on how you want to play it.

Your third question though, has a definite answer: there are no drones that you can loot or steal.
Well, you can steal a drone in one optional quest, but you don't get to use it. It just gets sold to get you additional nuyen

I normally run around with a gun, but like he said, it all comes to down to how you want to play. Sniper drone really didn't live up to the hype, it's aim sucked, even at a good distance, but I was stretched too thin the last time as far as karma went. Now that I think about it, there's no reason other than the monofilament whip for me to put points into guns. It'd make me use my drones more, but I still like being a part of the fight.

Endgame, there's only three class S drones, which are the best/most accurate ones: 1 with an auto fire shot, one with a regular one at a time shot, and a support drone that shoots grenades. So you don't really get much choice, except if you want two attack drones or 1 attack, 1 support. If you go all into rigging, you don't need anything else combat wise really, but you could just put one point into drone control/combat and use the drug mule to be a junkie build or something.

combat wise, you don't need anything else than your 2 drones, maybe upgrade a weapon skill enough to unlock the extra weapon slot. if you want to spread your karma, best choice would be to invest in decking, chamanic stuff for support spells or chi casting for passive buff spells.

Also, there aren't drone to loot. normal drone is good for any situation, sniper drones are powerful, but obviously only at long range, the closer they are from the target, the worse is their aim, so they are pretty useless in some close quarter combats. Assault drones are the exact opposite, they have smg like weapons. Robodoc are not very useful, since your teams medkit should be enough, but drugmules are rumored to be very powerful for supporting the team.

Maxed rigging (which is totally worth it as it gives you 4 AP drones) is worth 134 karma so there's not that much room for other stuff. You obviously need some body not to die from one hit and maybe a few points in dodge as well. I would also recommend getting a totem for buffing drones (unlike normal spells totems affect drones), eagle works best for me, but scorpion is an option too I think. As you're already putting points in charisma I'd suggest to spend a bit more. 6 (+1 from fetish) charisma with socialite, academic and shadowrunner etiquettes seemed to work for most of the checks throughout the game for me. You need 1 conjuring for fetish, which also allows you to read auras and it's a viable option to bump it a bit more to grab some support spells such as fog or shadow for the cases when you actually have leftover AP. Doubling up as a Decker is another option if you're dissatisfied with Is0bel's performance or simply do not want to use her. You won't have karma for both. You'll need to put some points into ranged combat if you want to be a decker just for the 3rd weapon slot.

As for drones, I would suggest getting 2x full auto ones (wait 1 mission after you buy the 1st one to restock), they deal the most single target dps. You don't need a weapon, drones deal more damage than pretty much any weapon build. High charisma build allows you to avoid most combats until you unlock the high level drones, so you don't have to waste money on mid level ones. You'll still have to fight sometimes, which is a bit annoying with the starting drone, so you may consider getting another mid level one after all and give it to Racter later (he can equip A level drones at best and has only 1 drone by default, but is capable of equipping 2). There are no drones you can loot.

In the previous games I liked the Sundowner drone the best for the stun grenades. Let it go first and stun a couple of enemies and maybe take a shot too. Then follow up with a rifle or shotgun yourself. I specced out like a street samurai with high ranged combat and one drone just to assist. The Sundowner isn't even a top tier drone so you can get it earlier and don't have to put as many points into rigging related skills if you don't want to.
