EDIT: Wouldn't you know it, same damn bug.
Hit Alt + F1 to open the menu, click CMD to bring up command window, type ENDTURN and hit return. It will end the neutrals turn and bring control back to the player.
Job. Done. :)
Thanks, I got through by replaying the final combat *again*...but then after the dialogue with Krait, the doors wouldn't open. And I couldn't use the warp cheat to get past them, either. I didn't really want to fight through the segment anymore (I'd gone back and cybered up my Adept, plus altered Gobb's spell load out with strip armor and blur, plus brought along Rachter with a ton of medkits and an additional Wolfhound drone), so I ended up just watching this and calling it a day.

Kind of turned off by the amount of bugs and glitches the expanded content had, to the point where if the game had just been done after Walled City, I'd've been feeling more satisfied with it than I do now!
I control one of the spider tanks, and I've killed everything. But hitting end turn just quickly goes through the neutral turn and back to me.
what I noticed is a conjurer coming in, summoning a spirit and then leaving again. I dispatched the spirit with Gobbet's Rat totem, but I'm guessing the conjurer is still alive. Possibly a second npc as well, since there are indeed briefly two 'neutral' entities who get a turn.
How does that 'warp' and 'slaughter' work? I'd like to try it...
Hit alt+F1 to bring up debug mode. Look in the upper left corner, click on CMD, and type 'slaughter 255' then hit enter or click the button next to it.

It's alt + ` for me, not sure if it's different in windows for some reason
edit: and then like dhraiden said click cmd and type warp, hit enter then click where you want to go; type slaughter 255 then hit enter to try to kill the mobs. You don't get any vision back there so youre shooting in the dark, maybe try warping to several places.
I found many more bugs but this one bothered me more than the others.
edit: I only managed to kill two of them
Check Strip Armor focused spell, it's extremely useful on its own and against these tanks in particular. Even if you're not a mage, Gobbet has enough Spellcating for it, I think
