About that nurse, I think it's intended to be that way. She told an interesting story about how shadowrunners keeping their kids (I've read some SR fiction and rulebooks, and this question never occured to me before), and after that her part was finished. Just a random encounter on the streets.
For Steven Dynamite's story I completely agree, it should ends up at least with a thread on BBS about the explosion in case if you persuade him for making revenge. But on the other hand, it only adds points of desperation and futility in the narrative - even final of the main story and mini-campaign doesn't change much in Hong Kong sprawl. It would be better to expand this side-story, but I'm ok with uncertainty - I like that in HK main hero is not the savior of the world, and not even a pillar of Heoi community.
