Mind, you, I wish copyright terms were shorter and that game companies would do more to keep older games working on newer systems (then again Good Old Games exists for a reason), but to pretend copyright magically disappears after a game's been out of X-many years is a wonderful way to get a cease and desist letter and your server shut down.
