64-Bit version for Mac?
MacOS Catalina has just been released and 32-bit apps no longer work. Will the Shadowrun series be updated to 64-bit?

I just started playing Hong Kong on my Mac, and I'd really like to be able to play it and the other games on the latest version of macOS. So here's another vote for a 64-bit version!

Same reason the mobile version disappeared... so I'm betting no.

Same here, I just got the 3 pack on a whim. Would love to be able to continue playing.

Indeed, I hope the game will be updated.

Yeah, this is kind of annoying. Hopefully someone pays attention to us.

I am also annoyed by this, whether Hairbrained does a patch or Apple does a 32 bit compatibility mode, either is okay by me.

and neither is probable....

Lost access to nearly 20 games on my Steam account because of macOS Catalina 64 bit requirement - including Shadowrun. This needs addressing by the game developers.

why should the game developers address something x years after release for a brand new OS they never knew before?
will this give them more sales -> nope

I could also ask the OS developer to be backcompatible....

This. Ask Apple, who dropped support, not developers who gave you support in first place.

I'd enjoy being able to play these games again... Are they in Paradox's catalogue, or are they abandonware at this point?

They now belong to PDX since PDX owns the studio, yes.
But it's not abandonware. You might've mean out of support? Yes, they are finished.

if you meant support of MacOS 64 Bit - that will not happen anytime soon(TM)
