So, go play the PSP version then

I disagree. The PSP version has special needs level of challenge. Just as with the FF1 and FF2 remakes, they watered down the difficulty of the game to mind numbing levels. Only good thing about the PSP version is the Interlude as well as the excellent visuals.

While the PC version of FF4 is crap; the 3D version of the game is the definitive version.

Actually the advance /PCI is the definitive edition.

When ff4 went 3d, it lost all the bonus content, dungeons, side quests.

When ff4: Tay went 3d, it lost all the challenge dungeons at the end of the stories, and streamlined a lot of the process for casuals.

Notice challenge dungeons aren't mentioned in the description.

Wow... did you travel like 2 weeks into the future to play this and then come back to tell us this?

You don't need to time travel to buy this game on iOS or Android.

No it ain't. It's missing stuff. PSP version is pretty challenging. All FF games are easy if you never run except for FF5.

More like everybody owns a psp and 8 ppl around the world own a vita :P
PC emulation for PSP is perfect so one could use that too. I use both.

Thanks for this. I was curious about this port. I will stick to my Final Fantasy IV: Complete Collections then. The challenge dungeons in TAY were fun idk why they'd remove them.... :(

I was happy when I heard that After Years was being ported to steam. Then I see that it's from the hideously ugly iOS/mobile version. -_- Change, that, Squeenix. We don't want that terrible 3d.
