Stop advertising for RC at Victory the Age of Racing

It's irritating once a player is launching Victory the Age of Racing that a banner shows an ad to join RC which is already sounded dead by the end of September. It must be a serious marketing problem with this product RC. How come that Victory the Age of Racing is not effected since we all have learned that the Sandboxteam ran out of resources,shouldn't Victory also go off?
