Who sells jewerly? Need for Salamander Chief.

I've sold the jewerly I got along the way, now I need 2 to be able to complete the salamander chief's quest and progress the story. Went all over looking for a merchant who sells jewelry but haven't been able to find one.

Nevermind found the guy in the town square near the king!

Try clicking on the "Hint" button when you're stuck, it tells you where to go sometimes.
