Revolutionary Fire Campaign Crashes on step 4

I redownloaded, verfifed data intergitry, etc.
After turn one of step four, no matter what I do: it will say it's missing files and to fix it
. I can tell something is wrong as the transport for the invasion, is empty with no troops in it at all.
Is there any wway to fix this?

What operating system? Have you checked the debug.log in the game's main folder for anything suspicious? Also check the ma.log as well.
