Floating Crosshairs

When I'm on the home page or in a menu to vote for the next map my cursor works fine. But once I'm in a match and actively playing the crosshairs slowly drift up for no apparent reason. I've tried different guns and it still happens no matter what gun I'm using or have equipped. Is there any way I can fix this?
