More block options/settings

I think there are some building materials that could do with options and settings features to make building machines better:

- Slider - Option to extend the Slider block in the editor like the Piston block.
- Circular Saw - Needs controls and settings just like the Drill weapon in order to make it useful again.
- Steering - The Steering Block could do with limitation options just like the Steering Hinge.
- Unpowered wheels - The ability to freeze them in place without braces, just like unpowered cogs (People don't always use them like actual wheels you see).

I also think it would be awesome if players had the power to clear a control input in items that can be controlled. Example; Assigning a wheel to spin forward, but no button to make it spin backward.

Not really. I simply have experience with game design, and know how hard it is to add something that might seem trivial. It's just that these seem more worthwhile than "add water" or the countless multiplayer posts before the recent announcement.
