I'm seasick with this camera

The camers is waving around and flailing with my raft in the water. How do I get my camera to stop rotating uncontrollably?

Update: I think I know why. I built my vehicle 90 degrees so it rotates and then works as normal but the game doesn't understand what to do so it goes wild thinking I'm swapping directions when I'm really not
