Seems a bit expensive for a 100mb game....
But I'm a sucker for physics sandbox games so....

Also I just really love how well done is the art design. Unlike some of the other early access games where they don't hire a real artist to save money and claim that their ♥♥♥♥♥♥ art is a "style".

What does the file size have to do with anything?

I don't understand why file install size matters at all. For example, Terraria (arguably one of the best indie games released on Steam) is just barely over 100MB. Install size doesn't mean anything

It's like judging a book by how much it weighs.

Well it's in the top sellers list so I guess they got the pricing right.

It's a generous price.
Seriously, most new early access games (no matter how bare the gameplay is, for example DayZ) are coming out pricing at $15-20~.

I think this will be $15 or so when it's finished... the devs said that they might raise the price slowly over time as more content is added. By buying early, you're getting a bargain while you wait for more content.. and in a game like this, I can play with the parts and levels provided for a long time before I start running out of ideas.

Well worth the price if you ask me. (yes, I own it.. I bought it from the website. Still waiting for Valve to hurry up and give us the Steam keys.. I've been playing my DRM-free copy quite a lot in the meantime.)
For the price, and the size, you DO get a pretty decent game out of it. I've already seen some awesome designs and they just seem to keep getting better by the day. Check out this vid which i'm pretty sure was complied in a day featuring various different users.

My folder is 381 MB and those 7 Euros it costs are the best spent money ever.

Definitely worth my money! As this game is right now, I would have happily paid double to be honest.

The vast majority of space taken up by games is audio and quite a bit is textures/models etc.
This is why in the past Pc games used to have their audio on the CD and not installed to the machine.

Besiege is not a AAA fps title, we do not have massive HD audio files for a storyline campaign or Insane HD textures designed for up close interaction with the player.

If you'd like we could add like some billboard sized images of cats or something to boost the size of the download for you! :)

Ah it's a sorry day when someone bases their review of a game on the size of the download, I'm sure you walk around with an old style large mobile phone and buy clothes in four sizes larger than you are to get this extra monies worth you are talking about.
