is it difficult
i love these games as much as next the guy but is it hard af?

Like I played the Enjenir and my main issue was the game was legitimately too hard and time-consuming to make anything of value.

I respect a challenge but im not looking for a game that I'll need to read books on, I just wanna blow stuff up not be writing down literal blueprints for my builds.

So if you had to rate the difficulty what would you rate it?

If you are looking to do just the campaign, then I would say a difficulty of 5/10 or 6/10. Generally, most of the missions do not ask you to do much more than carry something to a check point or destroy stuff. For more creative missions, the function of each block is simple to understand, which makes it easier to create more complex machines. It also helps that there is no consequence for failing at your first go at a mission other than needing to start over.

If you are more interested in the multiplayer, that can range from a 1/10 to a 10/10. Some players will chose to create simple machines like catapults while others chose to create 1:1 replicas of aircraft, cars and other kinds of machines.

Thanks!
First island (Ipsilon): 1/10
Second island (Tolbrynd): 9/10 if you can't build flying machines, 2/10 if you can
Third island (Valfross): 5/10, deals with strong winds, freezing temperatures, and tough knights
Third island (Krolmar): 7/10, is more like a puzzle game than just blowing things up

i find creating fully mechanic vehicles easier than completing the campaign. I still haven finished half of the campaign. just jumped directly to sandbox for fun.
