In-Game Tutorials and Guide Book

Is there any way to view the in-game tutorials again after having seen them once? Also patch notes from around 2020 tell about a 'Guide Book' that you could view in the game, but I can't seem to find this anywhere. In the settings screen there's a toggle option for 'Show Guide Book Button' that doesn't do anything. I got the got a few days ago and it's tons of fun to build stuff, but I'm struggling a little to make things work. Thanks!
