Sooo, uuh, are we supposed to be able to complete this? lol
Every thing I've tried so far has noooo chance of defeating the wind. Heavy tanks, flat builds, gripping/pinning the ground, airplanes. Everything is just literally wiped away and smashed to smithereens

Build flat and heavy.
This
vehicle worked well for me. The steam cannons in the back aren't really necessary.

Yeah I started experimenting with even more weights than I thought would be necessary. Going in the right direction now :)
Just hade to check the forum if the level was bugged or something cuz it seemed so weird my first heavy car wasn't heavy enough..
