Can't find Barracuda Joe's soul
I gave the targeting module but when i'm close to Joe and press B, nothing happens...

his souls found in the deadlands.
and his soul gets returned at a specific point, cant recall exactly when or how.
reccomend looking up a youtube walkthrough for specific timing.

You had got the soul form the stranger after you defeated dragon, then you need to go and see rottytops on spiderweb island or just view the soul in your inventory, and there's a hint without spoiling, hopefully.
