upgraded everything , got everything , beaten the boss , still stuck at 97% [SOLVED]

actually , when i've beaten the boss , i was at 94% according to my file , then i realised that i need to upgrade some stuff , so i've beaten him , then went to farm some gems ,then upgraded my attacks and stuff but then i'm still at 97% even tho i've beaten the boss

yes , got everything!

Not sure what counts toward 100%, but it might be a portion of map you missed. In Propeller Town especially, the large rooms have big empty spaces in the corners you'd never normally go to (for example, in the lower-right of the puzzle room where you have to find the correct route to get to the squid).

bro ..i've got everything ...the achievements prooves that.

There is no achievement for 100% map exploration, so it doesn't prove anything.

I didn't say map pieces. I just suggested checking whether you've explored every area of the map outside the labyrinths.
