Genre of music in Shantae?

What are some of the genres of the songs that are in the soundtrack of Shantae and the Pirate's Curse? I love it too much.

Well, to be honest Virt's music is quite unique. You could say it's "video game OST" genre, because after all it's very much designed to fit the pace of a level and such.

You could argue that it's a mix of melodic and rythmic, synth and hair metal (as he tags the albums in his bandcamp), but to be honest i don't really think you can just pinpoint it that well.

I already bought some of his music, and I am planning to buy all of them . He's such a great composer. Anyways, do any other games in steam have that "Arabic" feel of music in them? I hope there are because I love Arabic music.

I think term you're looking for is "Bollywood" rather than "arabic".

I do like some Bollywood music, but not much(Some of Shantae's music is Bollywood?). I still like Arabic music(and the scales and the instruments) though.
