Hi gamers,

We create this thread to ask for your understanding and assistance in helping and report any concerns during the early days of launch of RIDE. Feel free to use this thread to report any bug, glitch or issue about RIDE Videogame.

We’ll be closely monitoring the situation and addressing any issue as quickly as we can.

Please remember to specify:
- On what platform are you playing (if PC, describe your computer’s specifications).
- How many time did you experienced the bug.
- A detailed description on where/when did the bug showed up.

Hi Gamers,

Dear Gamers,

we apologize for the issue you were facing in this days, we're happy to inform you that we've yet release a patch to solve the crashes and savegame corruption.

If the savegames were corrupted you have to delete them and restart the game

We hope you'll enjoy to RIDE back on the World Tour!

Bug #1: LoD (Level of Detail) stepping for opponent bikes/riders is set too low. I'm seeing inner wheels/spokes disappear, and bikes become hollow/low-polygon right in front of me. Please increase the Level of Detail distance; or better yet, give us the option to increase it or maximize/disable it completely. See below screenshot for an example of this LoD issue.

(This is VERY distracting, and my #1 biggest complaint. 100% occurance rate; happens anywhere.)

Bug #2: Rearview mirrors show only static, low-res image of the sky. Haven't tried all the bikes yet, so not sure if this affects all bike mirrors or not. On the two bikes I've tried so far it's been a 100% occurance rate and has happened anywhere.

Bug #3: DoF (Depth of Field) misbehaving at the title screen. Your bike/rider goes from blurry (out of focus) to sharp (in focus) over and over. 75% occurance rate and occurs at the title screen when the camera is "showing off" your current bike.

INFO: Playing on PC (Windows 7 x64) with max graphics settings at 1920x1080 @60hz, besides AA set to OFF. Intel i5 4690k, 16GB DDR3, Radeon 7870 with Catalyst Omega driver.

I just played it 5 hours crashed, now I cant get in again because It thinks it aint launched yet.. (Netherlands) ............

Same thing here. No control inputs. I'm reinstalling the game at the cost of my bandwidth. Whee!

Same issues. Yesterday I was able to play 3 hours without any problems. Today my keyboard doesn't work when the race starts!!! Onyl the combination of alt+f4 works in this moment. Milestone please fix it!!!!

Another issue was: i bought the digital deluxe edition on steam. Why the hell i'm not able to download the Yamaha Historical Bike DLC although i have a season pass???

Hello Milestone !
Everybody who knows your "service" i.a MotoGP14 which is still not running properly after more than a year will avoid to by the next crappy Milestone game. It seems that you only want to sell unfinished games but be carefull you will get lost all these people forever like me.

Only real bug I've found is that upgrading the oil makes the bike slightly more powerful but it gives you a red oil warning light.

Here's a fun one, I could download the game on the 27th as promised. I could also play it.... ONCE! when I tried to boot it a second time, steam simply told me the game hadn't been released yet.

Next bug: after a little brake, i wanted to play again. After i klicked on World Tour, it says, that the files are broken and when i brake up, none progress can be saved. I have 2 Options, delete the files or brake up. When i brake up i can play but my personality progress are gone. I start with zero points. WTF ist this game for a POS???

At oRion, I had that as well when the update came out last night, It's simiar to a bug in WRC4 before it was patched. Just CTRL + ALT + Delete, open task manager, close the game then restart it. Game save then loaded as normal.
If anyone else has this problem don't start a new save as it will overwrite your previous saved game.

I was getting horrendus stuttering at the same points on every track I've tried. I have unchecked hi resolution textures and that fixed the stuttering for me, I was testing this in quick mode. Since doing that I now cannot load a world tour race (I could before). It freezes on the loading screen just after showing me my bike with the white background. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=415299743 This one.

I have tried rechecking the his res textures but it still freezes, I have tried validating Steam files, it still freezes. Can I get some sort of suggestion here please?

EDIT: I thought I better post my system specs...

Windows 7 SP1

GFX - MSI N570GTX Twin Frozr III Power Edition
MOBO - ASUS M5A99X EVO
RAM - 8GB Corsair something or other
