What did Yuuji do???

So far, I didn't read the VN version of this but I watched the Anime. But when Yuuji has a reunion with Kazuki, Kazuki starts to get bossy and then Yuuji grabs her arm and then takes her somewhere on the submarine. What did he do???

If you want a serious answer, I played the uncutted 18+ version of the game, and at that scene it tells you nothing but Kazuki underestimated him. I guess it is left with the reader's imagination.
