I need help with subtitles

I bought the game all right, I played it 30 minutes I left it, I said it is already continuous and the next day that I put it back to continue with the story I discover that there are no subtitles that accompany the story and I don't know how to do it so that it becomes to put all that I do not know how to fix that but I do not see anything just the image and only advances if I use the control key but nothing is seen to read any solution that can give me that I already uninstall and install several times and it does not work

In the Steam client library right click the game and select Properties, then in the Local files tab click "Verify the integrity of the game files", maybe during download some file went corrupted. Additionally, you may want to check whether the Grisaia Custom SP fonts are correctly installed or not. If not, in the game folder there is the fontsetup file from which you can install the fonts. Usually at the first install of the game the fonts should be installed automatically on the system, maybe there was some external process which prevented it and/or uninstall the fonts from the system, therefore the text is missing in the game.

It did not work but I could do it otherwise enter the local disk c and in appdata roaming enter the game folder and delete the files from the save of games to files there and it was restored and so if it served but thanks for responding
