Do you need a patch for nudity?

Is there a patch for nudity or is it included in the game when you purchase it? If I buy the steam version is there somewhere I can get the uncensored version for free? And can I put the uncensored version files in the steam files and play the uncensored version while getting hours on steam?

There are guides in the community section to incorporate the content of the adult version into the all-ages sold on Steam. Otherwise there is no official patch as such: the all-age version sold here is a port of the PS Vita version which run on newer software, don't have H-scenes but got additional chapters/CG.

You can also find the original "adult" PC version (without the PS Vita's extras) on Denpasoft (Sekai Project's adult store) which unfortunately doesn't grant you a free Steam key. Imho, very bad business practice...
