This version of the game is a port of the Vita version of Fruit of Grisaia. It never had the content to begin with, so a restoration patch is impossible. That being said, this version has some CGs unique to it, and there's nothing story related cut in the H scenes, so it's a perfectly fine version of the game.

But thats not a patch right. From what I heard you basically overwrite the entire game?

Download or buy the R18 version, overwrite the steam version. Also, you will need to add a parameter on steam ("steam=yes") but only with you want to, since it is just to show on your profile when you're playing the game
