A little pixelated even on max settings and full screen?

Hey! I know the original game is a little dated but when putting it on full screen and setting the resolution to monitor resolution it's kind of pixelated. Is it that way or is there some way to anti-aliase it? Just wondering - if it's normal this way I just keep it.

The game runs at a resolution of 1024x576, but I've played through it in fullscreen in 1920x1080 and didn't notice any display issues. If you're trying to run the game in fullscreen with a display higher than 1920x1080, then that might explain why it looks pixelated.
