How do I unlock the bonus battle?

I've been playing this game since the Kongregate days, returning now I have a pc again. I can't remember how to unlock the bonus battle. I know I used to know because I have a few beat but I dont remember how?

The conditions are different for every campaign level. I used to google for war of omens + campaign name.

I'd like to know too. I have a quest telling me to beat the bonus battle in Chapter 1 campaign with Captain Listrata. WHAT bonus battle!?

The bonus battle should unlock on Grandmaster if you meet the condition for the relevant chapter below:
1 no continues
2 no allies
3 no Loan
4 not killing any cattle in fight 2
5 no Malediction
6 no Rampart
7 no war cards
8 no continues
9 no special coins
10 no continues and no cards from Faith or Power
11 no continues and Gretta survives fight 3
12 no continues and not using Wagon Bomb in fight 2
