Please help! Encountered possible game design flaw regarding the work order?

I used the work order on the rock next to where the hanging meat was and grabbed the bitter root behind it. But now there is no work order that I can use to release Triumph from the tree for the speed challenge!! Is this a game design flaw? Or is there a 2nd work order somewhere? Has this happened to anyone else? Please help. :(

beat the strength challenge, give the sock back to acorn, then ask them to help

He should be where Triumph is hanging in the tree (go up the hill on the way to the floating island, navigate through the cave with the pumpkin-lantern, and keep going until you run into them).

On my playthrough he was where you used the work order, but i still had mine so i assumed that's what i had to use to get triumph down

does that work? you can get triumph down with the work order? can you still get the bitter root? (ohhh i bet you give acorn the sock and he gets you the root insteaad)
