Stuck in Tournament part

Any assistance either freeing Triumph, catching a frog or getting the last horn piece. Clearly missing something obvious, but I can't figure out what!?!?

Stuck at a very similar, if not the same, point. I can move Olfie around to be a bridge, but I can't beat the strength tournament, can't loot the pumpkin, or catch a frog. I found a second horn but have the wrong mouth piece.

I wonder if we made incorrect decisions and now we're stuck? If so, that blows since we can't save when we want. :/

I doubt that, we have to be missing something. I can't find a use for the bells, meat, fruit picker, image of Whisper, nor can I find raisins. Was hoping one of these would spark the next step. I want the pumpking to use it for the candle to get the lamp from the old people to explore the dark areas, however, nothing works... LIGHTBULB... going to try the meat at the pumpkin now! *EDIT* Didn't work.

Fruit picker u use on the beehive u dropped ontop the picnic table to get the starfruit. The rest I havent found a use for yet.

use the meat in one of the bushes so you can use that catch with the pumpkin

bells - trade for another mouth piece when you're at the troll meeting.
meat - go to the shaking bush, put it out, take the badger and have it chase the squirrels from the pumpkin
fruit picker - Kenshinth called it
image of Whisper - not a damn clue
raisins - not a damn clue

I'm about to tear my hair out with the "unicorn" on the ledge across from the weak arrow. Any insight to that would be helpful. :)

I'm stuck at the same place as OP. I have however found use for meat, how to get the pumpkin.

Putting what I've gathered so far here in a spoiler tag:
Meat - use on one of the moving bushes to catch a badger (or something)
How to get pumpkin - use the badger on the pumpkin to have it chase of the squirrels
Picture of Whisper - he says in the beginning he will sign any picture of himself for his fans. If you don't do the dragon part first you find out that if any participants signs his photo it can be taken as he is voluntarily withdrawing (I'm assuming you do this somewhere before the duel of speed)

You seem to have gotten further along though and I'm in a rut right now. Cant get the raisins, can't get the horn since the french troll is trying to burn them and eating the raisin croissants. Also can't for the life of me figure out what to do with the frogs and Triumph.

I believe if you walk north from the notice board you will pass a trap.
Meat is hanging above that trap so you can get it.
You can also get down into the trap to get some mushrooms

I beat it and am now playing again to get the Helping Hat achievement. I think this time through will be MUCH quicker. I was stuck on the pumpkin for the longest time. LONGEST time.
