Thank you for the quick and clear response.
Question on that, as I didn't know this was a thing: if I already own the season pass and I buy the complete collection: Can I actually activate it?
Or will it give me an error that I own the product already?
Took the chance, and yup! Found a sale of the Complete edition and just went for it. It added the epilogue to my current install. It's a PITB that I can't just buy the one chapter that was missing, but at least this was an option. Just sad that Steam wouldn't even let me buy the Complete Edition and I had to go to a third party to get it.
Maybe the developers ran into some copyright issues, so they removed it from sale.
Sorry, apologies in missing this. I went to a cdkey website and bought it for a few dollars. Then just activated the complete collection and it added that last epilogue.
After watching someone play the epilogue on YouTube, though, I'm glad it was never available as $$ DLC (I saved my money), and it's too bad I wasted 5 years waiting for good customer service to kick in (in hopes of playing it firsthand myself). Waste of time. Just being realistic here: the Epilogue is not that great or earth-shattering
You can also just.... uhhh... "find it" online and add it to your steam copy.
