Squirrels can't play the lute!
And neither can I. I'm at the third stage of the puzzle (where it goes from having to brute-force six notes to, like, twenty-seven). I'm not a musician, and the sequence is way too long. Help!

3, 4, 5, 5, 4, 3, 1, 4, 3, 4, 2. I'm 100% positive that is the correct solution to the fourth song.

Edited to note it's the solution to the last song, I always forget there's four here since the first two are so short.

THIS is what you seek, not anyone elses posts, seriously......... o_o

There's a bit of a problem with the design in this puzzle. The squirrel is supposed to sing along with you as long as you're hitting the right notes, but stay silent if you hit a wrong note. The problem is, if you hit the first note in the song, the game thinks you're starting again - so the squirrel sings it, even if it wasn't the right note.

E.g. if the correct song is "3, 4, 5, 4, 5" and you strum "3, 4, 3", the squirrel will still sing on that third note, despite the fact that it's wrong... because the game just resets the song. This is just flat out bad programming... the squirrel should stay silent when you make a mistake, the song resets, and THEN you can start again from the first note. I got massively confused for a while on the last song, because that damn squirrel was lying to me about what the right notes are.

And yeah, on the last song, there's a missing note... so you have to play what the squirrel sings, and then add one extra final note, for some reason. I guess the game gives you a hint about that that I must have missed, somebody else in the thread mentioned a "lazy squirrel"?
