*Spoliers* WTF happened to Larry
Was he just knocked out? is he dead? The other guards I know are fine becuase they are mentioned/appear in previous chapters cutscenes from after this event. Guard #1 at the end of the Fencing duel. Kyle is mentioned at dinner by Alexander. I believe #2 or #3 is mentioned during the birthday present scene. But I can't recall any mention of Larry in scene after Manny zaps him. And nobody says anyhting in this chapter.

I assumed he died. There were quite a few dark scenes in this chapter (Including the death of Vee/Neese as the ice queen) and the fact the present-day graham is on his last legs. I would assume Mananan killed him, coupled with the reactions of the other guards.

An arm falling limply to the floor is movie-shortcut for "He dead". So... yeah. Larry's dead.

Larry is dead, its confirmed at the dinner table when King Alexander talks about Kyle in which we dont hear about Larry and Kyle.

I wouldn't call the dinner confirmation. Just becuase you only mention one half of an inseparble pair doesn't mean you think th other one is dead. I mean guard number #1 and #2 are together almost as much as larry and kyle and when people talk about #2's reek I don't assume anything about #1.
Larry, having regained consciousness in the infirmary and realizing the full gravity that guard duty can entail, respectfully resigned as a guard, turned in his armor, and, now at liberty to pursue a life free of the restrictions of being a guard, donned a leisure suit and pursued a new lifestyle.

I think he died. Notice how the guard struggled to free himself. Unconsious people aren't that stiff and I doubt the armor was that restrictive (their stiff movement style is due they march around even outside of the parades.)

Yeah it makes sad but I think it's true he's dead.

it had to be Larry's armour locked up that caused Kyle to be stuck. Rigor mortis doesn't set in until at least 4 hours after death. Also just before they jump Kyle told him to lock in so there could be some sort of mechanism that is not shown as well and Kyle was just too paniced to release it.

Head canon confirmed! So does this mean he invented the leisure suit?
