So, I can only conclude that they have no problem requiring Season Pass owners to re-buy the game if they want all of the content. Right now, if you want the Epilogue, the only option they're offering is to buy the Complete Collection elsewhere, for ~$23 more.
I haven't seen any confirmation from either Sierra or TOG that they're doing that. It doesn't sound like they set it up as an immediate process, if users who just bought the pass this week report not having it. I suppose it could be manual or delayed.
@RoosterMaind: Do you have access to the Epilogue now?
I think you have to download it from the episode selection screen within the game. I only have the season pass so I don't have access to it, but in the Letsplay I watched that is how they got it.
