How To Access Chapter 2?

I've had Chapter One for a long time, and have seen that now Chapter Two says "N/A" rather than a price. I thought this would mean it's either free now or I already had it in my Library but neither seem to be the case.

There's now "add to cart" button for Chapter Two, and it's not already in my Library to download. Not sure what's happening or how to access it, any help?

Just found out that Xbox and Playstation have the same issue with Chapter 2 right now, so I guess it's been withdrawn or something?

Have you tried to purchase the chapter from within the game? The other possibility is buying either the season pass (if it's still available) or the complete edition. This might require you to remove the free version of Chapter 1 first, but there is a post in the forum here detailing how to do that. Yeah in-game it just says "coming soon" for all Chapters. I also paid for Chapter One a long time ago so not sure if those same rules apply - but to be honest I wasn't going to buy the later Chapters yet anyway, was going to test out Chapter Two while I thought it was free haha (the reviews seem to point to it going downhill after Chapter One).

Can you help me? I just bought the game, finished chapter 1 but can't download chapter 2, there is no such feature either through the game nor via the library and when I tried to download chapter 3 it says I have to pay although I have bought the whole package claiming that all 5 chpaters are included in the price. Any suggestions?
