How to create an EXE file to change the default icon of TyranoBuilder

I only found this information:

As far as I know, the programs in wikihow just change .exe file with another .exe file. CMIIW.

In my position, I just can create an icon design as jpg or png. How to change this icon.jpg into icon.exe?

I also read about TyranoBuilder team want to implement a way to change the icon easily. Can you inform about the date for this update?

The info you found is the correct way of doing what you aim for an shows you how to turn that icon into an exe, it just takes some steps as you are compiling the exe to use the icon you want rather then the one it currently has.

As far as the date goes we dont make it a habit of sharing goals of dates as it is unfair to both parties involved as it rushes those designing it and sets expectations for the user for things in development that are constantly changing.
